After a few long freelance weeks tackling some tough shots, it was a nice surprise today to see the new Moana trailer ended with one of my shots! I wasn’t sure if they would end up using this shot ever, so it’s great to be able to show the world one of the shots I worked on. I got to see a version of this movie when I was working at Disney, and I think it’s going to be another amazing film.
I’m so excited for this movie to come out! I worked on it for a glorious 3 or 4 weeks under the amazing art direction of Andrew Harkness. Not only is every single thing in this movie stunning, but for a brief shiny moment I felt like I was right where I needed to be and doing exactly what I needed to be doing at Disney.
It’s so excited to have helped contribute to this teaser trailer – I can’t wait to see all the stunning work when the movie comes out this Thanksgiving!
